JCMS Library Media Center

Mr. Starnes is over the JCMS library and media center.

A little about Mr. Starnes:

  He is a Northeast Tennessee native. He graduated from East Tennessee State University (ETSU) with a B.A in History with a secondary in education. He went on to earn his Masters in Education in School Leadership from ETSU in fall of 2022.

 

Mr. Starnes strives to make the library media center a safe and welcoming space. The center offers many activities that student can participate in as long as they are respectful. He looks forward to meeting every student at JCMS and helping them throughout their 7th and 8th grade year. 

 

Mr. Starnes favorite book is: Band of Brothers by: Stephen E. Ambrose

  • 8-9:07am-Mrs. Garland is available to assist you
  • 9:07-1:30pm- Library media center is CLOSED
  • 1:30-3:15pm- Mr. Starnes is available to assist you
